STADIUM ACCESS
What are the access methods to the stadium on match day?
The only allowed access method will be Facial Biometry.
If I am late, will I be allowed in?
After the start of the 2nd half, access to the stadium is at the discretion of local security.
Where can I check my gate, sector, and seat?
You can check your ticket access information in the order confirmation email or on the website and app. Simply go to "My Orders" and click on the desired match.
Will there be on-site support on match day?
Yes. You should look for the support point in the same sector where you purchased the ticket.

MY ACCOUNT
I cannot log in to my account on ingressos.flamengo.com.br. What should I do?
Check if your CPF and password are correct. If you forgot your login, click "Forgot Password". You will receive an email to set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support.

How do I update my data on the website?
To update your account information, follow these steps:
- Log in to your "Virtual Environment" with your username and password
- Click the avatar in the top right corner
- Click "Personal Information"
- Make your changes and click "Save". If you cannot make the change, contact us via our Email or Chat forms.
How can I request deletion of my data?
To delete your account and consequently your data, contact our support via chat or email [email protected] and submit your request.
How does ticket sales for Members work?
Flamengo members can get discounts for home matches, ranging from 0% to 75%. Discounts may vary depending on the user's plan and the sector of the stadium selected. Ticket sales for Flamengo home matches will prioritize members, except Nação Jr. plan holders. Priority period may vary per match and plan. How does Fla-ID work?
Fla-ID is the identity of the Flamengo fan. A single login to access all your Flamengo product and service accounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellation must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
If the purchase was made less than 7 days before the match, cancellation
must be done 48 hours before the start of the game, due to exceptional
conditions for this event.
Can I change the sector and/or seats of the ticket I bought?
Once the purchase on the site is completed, such exchanges are not possible.
This is only possible if you cancel the order on the site and make a new
purchase, according to sector and ticket availability. This can be done
until the start of the match.
How do I request the cancellation of my ticket?
Within the valid cancellation period:
- Log in with your username and password.
- Go to "Tickets".
- Click on the order details you want to cancel.
- Click "Cancel Order" at the bottom of the page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions. If you cannot complete the cancellation, contact Customer Support via chat (ingressos.flamengo.com.br) or email ([email protected]).
What is the refund period for my canceled ticket?
For credit card purchases, the refund may appear on the statement
within 60 calendar days, depending on statement closing and
the credit card issuer's policies. Remember that timing may vary
according to the financial institution and type of transaction.
I haven't received my refunded ticket, what should I do?
If you have not received the refund within the stipulated period, contact
Customer Support and provide the necessary data for the refund. Provide:
the CPF of the purchaser and the order number. For credit card refunds,
also provide the card's BIN (first 6 and last 4 digits, e.g., 123456******7890).
I tried to make a purchase and my order was canceled. Why?
If your order was canceled, the reason may be related to payment.
For credit card purchases, the token must be enabled. The token is an electronic device generating codes to authenticate online purchases, ensuring data security and preventing fraud. If not enabled, or if an error occurs, payment may fail.
For PIX payments, a QR code is valid for 10 minutes. After this, a new order is required. Errors may occur if payment method changes.

FREE TICKETS AND HALF-PRICE
Who is entitled to free tickets and what documents are required?
- Seniors (60+): Must present original photo ID and CPF.
- Children under 12: Must present original photo ID and CPF. Legal guardian must have a ticket for the same sector.
- People with disabilities (PWD): Present original ID (RG or CNH) with photo and CPF – both PWD and, if necessary, accompanying person.
Document must include “AC” or medical certificate proving need for companion.
The companion's document is also required.
Rio Card, social card or others accepted only with original printed medical certificate and valid.
What is the access method for free tickets?
All free tickets will be accessed via facial biometrics.

Who is entitled to half-price tickets?
- Seniors (60+): Federal Law 10.741/2003.
- Students: Federal Laws 12.933/2013 and 12.852/2013.
- Youth up to 29 years from low-income families: Federal Law 12.852/2013.
- Under 21: State Law 3.364/2000.
- Teachers from public and private schools in RJ: State Law 8.775/2020.
- People with disabilities: Federal Law 12.933/2013.
(*) Presentation of supporting document is mandatory at stadium entry. Failure to present document may prevent access.

PAYMENTS
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods available are: PIX and credit card.
How can I check if my payment was successful?
Check the "Tickets" tab to see if your order is marked as paid. If so, everything is fine and your payment was successful.
Can I pay in installments?
It is not possible to pay for the ticket in installments.
Can I make a purchase with a foreign card?
Yes, you can use a foreign credit card as long as it is VISA or MASTERCARD.
My account became inactive. What should I do?
Please note that up to 4 payment attempts are allowed. After this limit, the account may be deactivated for security reasons. To reactivate, contact our support channels.

FACIAL BIOMETRICS
How do I register my facial biometrics?
You can register it by following these steps:
- Access the link: biometria.flamengo.com.br
- Authorize access to your device camera.
- Stand in front of the camera in a well-lit area and follow the on-screen instructions to capture your facial image.
- Complete the registration after capturing the facial image.
I cannot complete my registration. How can I fix it?

I am a foreigner. How do I buy online?
To make a purchase as a foreigner, follow these steps:
- Access the official website.
- Go to the Registration section.
