Cancellations must be made through the website. Access your account and click on the TICKETS tab. After finding the purchase you wish to cancel, click on ORDER DETAILS and then CANCEL ORDER.
Cancellations can be made within 7 days after purchase, as provided by law for online purchases, and up to 48 hours before the event, exclusively through the website.
Attention: Flamengo is not responsible for changes in the date and/or time of the event. In case of changes, no refund of paid amounts will be issued.

• In the event of a purchase cancellation, the convenience fee will not be refunded.
• The cancellation must be made before the match takes place.
• In case of no-show, there is no refund for the ticket value.
• Cancellation will not be possible if the ticket has already been used to attend the match.
• The purchased ticket cannot be transferred to another match.
• Once the cancellation is completed in the system, the ticket will automatically be made available for sale.
• Please note that after the start of the second half, access to the stadium may be denied according to local police determination. The club has no control over this decision, and no refund will be provided.
• FutebolCard forwards the cancellation request to the card-issuing bank:
CREDIT CARD – If the invoice has already been issued at the time of cancellation, the ticket amount will be refunded on the following month, according to the credit card administrator’s deadlines and policies.
PIX – After the order cancellation, the refund will be automatic and may be viewed in the bank account statement used for payment via PIX on the same day.

Clube de Regatas do Flamengo reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the purchase of tickets acquired through fraudulent cyber methods, such as hacking software, automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, and/or any other fraudulent virtual purchasing techniques. If such methods are identified, the ticket will be automatically canceled without prior notice and may result in the user being blocked from future ticket purchases. Furthermore, Clube de Regatas do Flamengo may take legal action against those responsible for illegal activities in their accounts.
